Information we collect

We collect information you provide directly, including email addresses submitted for waitlist signups, enterprise contact forms, and account registration when available.

We collect standard server logs including IP addresses, user agent strings, and access timestamps for security and operational purposes.

Self-hosted deployments

When you self-host BeeSystem using Bee Worker, Bee Hive, or Bee Platform on your own infrastructure, all agent execution data, memory, and workload information stays within your infrastructure. BeeSystem does not have access to data processed by self-hosted deployments.

How we use information

We use contact information to communicate about product access, updates, and enterprise inquiries. We do not sell or share personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Data retention

We retain contact information for the duration of our relationship and a reasonable period thereafter. You may request deletion at any time.

Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.
