Open infrastructure license

BeeSystem open-source components are licensed under their respective open-source licenses as specified in the project repositories. Self-hosted deployments are governed by the applicable open-source license.

Not financial advice

BeeSystem is an infrastructure platform. Nothing provided by BeeSystem, including but not limited to Market Intelligence agents, Trading Automation agents, or any other vertical agent, constitutes financial advice, investment advice, trading signals, capital management, or any form of regulated financial service.

Users of Trading Automation agents are solely responsible for their own trading strategies, execution parameters, broker relationships, risk exposure, and all financial outcomes. BeeSystem does not manage, hold, or direct any capital.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use BeeSystem to:

• Violate applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe intellectual property rights
• Engage in unauthorized data collection or scraping
• Interfere with or disrupt services
• Distribute malware or malicious agents

Limitation of liability

BeeSystem is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, BeeSystem shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform.

Changes to terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of BeeSystem after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
